Finn McGough is London-based Knucklehead's latest signing. The multi-talented director whose career spans documentary and drama as well as advertising, will be represented by Knucklehead for commercials globally.
With a background in Fine Art, McGough developed a great reputation as a documentary filmmaker. This work took him all over the world from Azarbijan to Kenya and to the Cotswolds where his film about a gypsy traveller community 'Summer with The Johnsons’ won him a Prix Europa for Best Non-Fiction Film. He was nominated for Best Newcomer by the Royal Television Society the same year.
After his short film Flak picked up awards on the festival circuit, McGough took the commercials world by storm here with a beautiful campaign for Visit Wales and spots for brands such as Philips, Budweiser, Morrisons and Sainsburys. His film for Cancer Research UK won at the British Arrows and the Clios this year.
